L-Cysteine is a sulfur-containing amino acid that plays a large role in making the structure of collagen. I also helps generate glutathione, the master antioxidant that helps support detoxification and immune system function. L-Cysteine will help make proteins such as Metallothionein, which have the role of binding to heavy metals such as mercury, lead and cadmium. NOW L-Cysteine has added Vitamin C to help with collagen formation, and Vitamin B6 to aid glutathione production.

Directions

Adult Dosage: Take 1 tablet 1-3 times daily with water.
